Hameediyah Restaurant
Penang's oldest nasi kandar restaurant was established in 1907 and was re-vamped in the second half of 2014 and the makeover included replacing its 80-year-old tiles, changing the metal staircase to timber and installing a better-equipped kitchen. This restaurant serves numerous types of curries with white or briyani rice. Their murtabak is known as one of the best in Penang.
