You can find Chinese and Indian Muslim Popiah almost anywhere in Penang. The ingredients are essentially similar: both styles come with fillings that comprise turnip, beancurd, egg bits and a generous spread of chilli paste and sweet sauce. Another variant not to be missed is the deep fried Popiah.
