Built in 1985, Penang Bridge is an icon of the Penang State connecting Seberang Perai and Penang Island. With a length of 13.5km, the bridge is the second longest in Malaysia, compared to Penang's other connecting bridge to Seberang Perai at 24km, the longest in Southeast Aisa.
