Penang Museum Trail
A do-it-yourself trail where you can discover at your own pace, the Penang Museum Trail introduces a list of 20 museums in Penang filled with heritage, culture and historical backgrounds, as well as the modern and interactive impression of Penang’s attractions. Heritage and historical fanatics may want to get yourself a Museum Adventure Pass, where you will be eligible for a 20 per cent discount, for up to four persons per pass at any one time, on entry fees to 17 museums and 10 per cent discount on merchandise items. The pass, priced at RM10 each, is valid for one year and is also transferable.

Francis Light Cemetery Tour
A great significance within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town, the Protestant Cemetery is the final resting place for many of Penang’s European pioneers, as well as the founder of Penang, Captain Francis Light. The Francis Light Cemetery Tour is held every last Sunday of the month for free with prior registration.

Trishaw Tour
Other than walking tours and touring on a coach, one can also tour George Town on a trishaw and enjoy the relaxing breeze. Touring on a trishaw enables the access to little lanes in the heritage zone where it is too narrow for cars, vans and coaches. You will also discover the different side of George Town touring on a trishaw.

LACALA Discovery Walk
Focusing on the multicultural heart of George Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the LACALA Discovery Walk will take you through Lebuh Acheh, Lebuh Armenian and Lebuh Cannon, discovering the extraordinary historical fabric of a richly unique social heritage. Penang Shoe Trail
Penang, being the hometown of renowned international shoe designer Dato’ Jimmy Choo, be sure to visit Hong Kong Shoe Store in Penang, the original store where Dato’ Jimmy Choo did his apprenticeship. Also a must visit is some of the dying trades in Penang, namely the wooden clogs maker and the Nyonya beaded shoes maker. See and learn how the beautiful, unique and intricate Nyonya beaded shoes are sewed, and how a big plank of wood is made into pairs of wooden clogs in different sizes.
